My Approach
The idea that there is something in us that seeks to grow, and that we often unintentionally thwart the very conditions that would favour this growth holds a personal resonance for me. Jung observed that this dissatisfaction then expresses itself in a variety of ways, and can touch any or all aspects of our life.
Jungian analysis can help us discover how we relate to life, and what gets in our way. It is also very helpful with our relationships, when we feel we have lost our ability to connect with others, or with ourselves. It can be vital when parts of life that have held meaning for us seem to collapse and we are left to seek a new orientation.
By working on our own images and dilemmas, the process remains personal, immediate and alive.
Individual sessions are one hour and the first consultation is free of charge.
